The Annual Mela at DHACSS College for Women, themed A Global Fairy Tale Festival, was held on November 21, 2024, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Farhat Agha. The event was presided over by Chief Guest Begum Brig. Asim (Retd.), Secretary DHA Karachi, with Guest of Honour Begum Brig. Muhammad Younas SI (M) (Retd.), Executive Director Education. Distinguished attendees included Mrs. Naushaba Khalil, Chairperson of the Horticulture Society of Pakistan, and renowned TV artist Samina Ahmed, who was the Chief Guest of the third show of the Talent Show that had three showings in all.
The Mela featured over 100 meticulously curated stalls by alumni, students, and contributors, offering a variety of items, including food, handcrafted goods, jewelry, and home décor. Running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event celebrated creativity, collaboration, and the college’s vibrant community spirit.
