DHACSS College for Women organized a two-day Career Counseling Expo on January 29th and 30th, under the supervision of Principal Dr. Farhat Agha, aimed at guiding students toward higher education and career opportunities.
The event saw participation from eleven prestigious universities and institutions, including SZABIST, Iqra University, Denning Law School, MITE, Indus University, ICAP, Times Consultant, and KNS School of Business Studies.
Students from Phase VII, Creek Campus, Neelam School, Degree College, DHACSS seaview Campus and DHACSS College for Women explored university stalls, interacting with representatives to learn about admissions, scholarships, and career prospects.
The expo provided valuable insights, helping students make well-informed academic decisions and bridging the gap between students and universities.
On January 30th, the college hosted an inspiring Career Counseling session, where accomplished alumnae returned to share their journeys from students to professionals.
Representing diverse fields such as psychology, medicine, technology, journalism, and entrepreneurship, the speakers shared personal experiences, challenges, and successes.
The session was moderated by Tazeen Iqbal, an esteemed alumna of DHACSS College for Women, who has been teaching at the institution.
Students listened intently as alumnae recounted how they navigated their academic and professional paths, breaking barriers in various industries.
Their words encouraged students to pursue their dreams with confidence, reminding them that success isn’t about where you start, but about perseverance and determination.
The two-day event was a blend of practical career guidance and personal motivation, ensuring that students left with both clarity about their future educational paths and inspiration to chase their aspirations with resilience.
